Authorization Agreement for Direct Deposit


Direct Deposit will be the ONLY method of payment for your monthly Housing AssistancePayment (HAP).  Your housing assistance payments will be electronically deposited into your checking or savings account each month and you will be able to access your payment information online.  No change to your present banking relationship is necessary for this service.

 

Direct deposit offers you many benefits, including:

  • Quicker delivery of yourpayment because you don’t have towait for a mailed HAP check toreach you.
  • It eliminates the possibility of lost, stolen,or forged checks.
  • It saves you time because you do nothave to make a trip to the bank to deposityour check.

Please complete the Authorized Agreement for Direct Deposit and submit to the office with a copy of a voided check.
